The room is cosy and has everything that a person needs. The bed is very nice, warm and big. Room has a heater in case if gets cold. The shower and toilet are in perfect shape.
Food is served three times a day. The food is tasty, there are many vegetarian options as well as meat option.
We start training in the morning with stretches, kicks and Tai Chi. The master demonstrates the movements well and provides deeper meaning to the movements. We repeat the movements multiple times.
We also practice Meditation. The training is well balanced. I would like to learn more about Taoism and internal meaning.
The master’s movements look easy but when doing ourselves they seem hard. The master help in perfecting the movements with examples and philosophy behind them.
