Kung Fu Styles

Chinese Martial Arts (Kung Fu or Wushu) is a series of fighting styles which has developed over the centuries in China. Although Kung fu being fighting styles, The common value upheld by martial artists from generation to generation is virtue and peace. For thousands of years, Wudang Mountain is and has been the center of Chinese Daoist thought, practice and belief. It is here that Daoist legends like Zhang San Feng cultivated wisdom, attained enlightenment and created the original Tai Chi system. Through continuous development, it has evolved into Xing Yi, Ba Gua, Qi Gong, Liang Yi, Meditation, Sanda and other more Wudang Kung Fu forms. Now its value in body-building and fitness is also highly appreciated.
